ASSESSMENT SERVICES

Neuropsychiatric
Assessment

This is a deep dive. Over the course of several weeks to months, we work through your story — your history, your patterns, your strengths, and the places where things have always felt harder than they should.

The process draws on clinical interviews, rating scales, standardized testing (e.g., IQ, executive functioning, memory), and historical records. Every piece of information contributes to a larger narrative. By the end, what emerges is a more complete and coherent picture of how your mind works and why your life has looked the way it has.

Areas commonly explored include ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, giftedness, twice-exceptionality, and a range of cognitive and processing differences that don't always have a tidy label. Every assessment is non-prescriptive — tailored to the individual's needs and referral questions — and conducted from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective.

Every assessment includes a feedback session in which findings are reviewed in detail. Results are provided with or without a written report, depending on your needs. If you choose the report option, it can be used to support school or workplace accommodations. This practice is private pay and out-of-network; superbills are available for reimbursement.

You'll leave with a greater understanding of yourself and more direction for your life.

Available to ages 13 and up. In person in Santa Fe, NM and Westport, CT · Telehealth available in NM, NY, CT, and VT

Reinterpretation of
Prior Testing

Sometimes an assessment has already been done — but the results never quite landed. A report sits in a drawer, full of scores that were never fully explained, or conclusions that didn't feel quite right.

This service takes an existing assessment and looks at it again — carefully, and through a different lens. What did the data actually show? What might have been missed or misframed? How do those findings connect to who you are and how you move through the world?

Depending on your needs, this can take the form of a consultation or a full written reinterpretation.
